Dyson Wine produces and bottles the wines featured on this website. However, all sales through the online order functionality on this website are made by our UK distributor, Special Cases Limited, a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at 53 Ashfield Road, London, England, W3 7JF. When you place an order on this website, you are placing an order in the United Kingdom with Special Cases Limited and that order will be governed by English law.

Order:

Orders are usually dispatched next day, with a 2-3 day delivery time within the UK.

Delivery:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

If possible, please let us know where the wines can be left if you are out.

Your safe place should be easily accessible, sheltered from the elements and concealed from public view. Our carriers will leave a card to let you know where they have left your wine. Alternatively, you could request that your wines are left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If the wine is left in your designated safe place or with a neighbour the buyer accepts full liability.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

We regret that neither we nor our carriers can accept responsibility or liability for any subsequent loss or damage which occurs once the consignment has been delivered or left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Breakages

All goods should be examined at the time of delivery. Please notify us of any discrepancies, shortages or damage within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged bottles and packaging should be kept for inspection.

We do not accept liability for the condition of the wine in the bottle.

Return of Goods

A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods.

You can tell us you want to cancel your order by emailing us at specialcases@outlook.com. Any cancelled order will be refunded as soon as possible, usually within a week, but in any event within 30 days. A collection charge of £20 per case of 12 for collections will be payable in the UK. Non UK collection charges will apply depending on the location.

If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged.
