These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Dyson Wine / Domaine des Rabelles website.
By placing an order through the website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale in full.
The products offered for sale are wines produced by SCEA Domaine des Rabelles.
Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions are accurate. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges.
Dyson Wine reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
All orders become final once payment has been confirmed.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age, in accordance with the legislation governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Dyson Wine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available on the website.
Dyson Wine does not store any banking or payment card details.
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Information regarding delivery times, shipping costs and delivery destinations is available on the dedicated Delivery page of the website.
In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned products must be unopened, complete, in their original condition and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any request to exercise the right of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to: cave.rabelles@orange.fr
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof that they have been dispatched.
A fixed handling charge may apply, particularly for cases containing 12 bottles. If returned products are not in a condition suitable for resale, a reduction in the refund or additional charges may apply.
Dyson Wine shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of its products, nor for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing such resolution, the competent courts shall be those having jurisdiction over the registered office of Dyson Wine.
