At Dyson Wine, we take great care in preparing and dispatching our wines to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.
The information below outlines the delivery terms and conditions applicable to all orders placed through our website.
We deliver throughout France and the European Union.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, using specialist wine carriers.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we invite you to specify a safe place where your order may be left. This location should be easily accessible and protected from both the weather and public view.
Our delivery partners may also leave a delivery notice indicating where your parcel has been left. Upon request, your order may be delivered to a neighbour.
Delivery times generally range from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 working days within mainland France.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the order and the delivery destination. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Dyson Wine makes every effort to meet the estimated delivery times. However, delays, partial deliveries or failure to deliver may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport-related issues or exceptional events. In such cases, Dyson Wine cannot be held liable.
Nevertheless, we will do everything reasonably possible to keep you informed and to ensure your order is monitored throughout the delivery process.
Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to inspect both the condition of the parcel and the contents of their order.
If you notice any damage, missing items or other discrepancies, we recommend making a note of this with the carrier and contacting Dyson Wine as soon as possible.
Any shortage, damage or other irregularity must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged bottles and packaging should be retained for possible inspection.
Dyson Wine cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the wine resulting from inappropriate storage conditions after delivery.
Once delivery has been accepted without reservation, neither the carrier nor Dyson Wine can be held liable for any loss or damage identified thereafter.
Should any issue arise during delivery, Dyson Wine will work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
Returns are accepted only for unopened products, in their original condition, and subject to prior agreement.
